As you have not mention about the college so according to Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education & Research, Chandigarh we are sending you list of some books for PGI entrance exam:--

•Medicine self assessment guide by Amit Ashish

Microbiology by Ananthnarayan

•Paediatrics from Ghai and Nelson

•Pathology by Robbins

•All India Previous years’ solved papers by Mudit Khanna

•Biochemistry Books from Harper

•Chatterjee’s parsitology

•ENT by Dhingra

•Pharmacology by Goodman & Gilman

•Physiology books on Ganong

•Surgery by Bailey & Love

•A Textbook of Clinical Pharmacology by Roger HJ, Spector RG, Trounce JR

•A Textbook of Neuropathology by Richard L. Davis; Hardcover

•American Psychiatric Publishing Textbook of Neuropsychiatry and Clinical Neurosciences by Stuart C. Yudofsky

•Anaesthetic Physiology and Pharmacology by William

•Anatomy and Physiology by Robert K. Clark

•Avery’s Drug Treatment by TM Speight & NHG Holford

Basically according to PGI (Chandigarh and BHU) only dental Questions are asked except for 2-3 Q in anatomy and gen pathology each
And rarely 1-2 basic Questions in pharmacology , medicine very rarely (you can keep these aside for these exams)
Concentrate on DENTAL SUBJECTS.
