Re: Can I join Indian Army through ICWA being a candidate having completed 12th from CBSE Board? dear sir, my question is can i join indian army with the qualifications i am having.... & if yes from where can i get the proper link 12 th commerce from kendriya vidyalaya - 72.8% b.com ( a&f) - 80% pgdm (finance) - cgpa: 3.2 out of 4 icwai (inter cleared) sir i am getting good jobs but it is one of my creed to join indian army so kindly give me some guidence regarding can i join indian army at a officer level...... |

Re: Can I join Indian Army through ICWA being a candidate having completed 12th from CBSE Board? 10+2 or 10+2 passout students can join Indian Defence Forces by appearing in National Defence Academy (NDA) examination conducted by Union Public Service Commision (UPSC) twice in a year in the month of April and August. To be eligible for NDA examination, the candidate must have complete 10+2 with any of the stream. Furthure the candidate must be a male Indian within the age limit of 16 1/2 to 19 years as on the date of interview. Apart from this entry mode, graduate students with any of the stream are also eligible for to join Defence forces by appearin in CDSE or SSC examination. For both of the examinations, the candidate must have a bachelor degree in any of the stream. ICWA is a professional course and after the completion you won't be provided a graduation degree or ICWA certificate may or may not be treated as a bachelor degree course.
