Re: AIIMS application form in Allahabad? A candidate can submit application On-Line through Internet. Visit www.aiimsexams.org read the prospectus, Help manual, other details carefully and follow the instructions given therein. The candidate can pay the application fee through a challan form (downloaded from internet while applying on-line) in any branch of State Bank of India. Transaction Processing Fee (as applicable) will be payable by the applicant to the Bank. The Candidates are required to bring AIIMS copy of challan form at the time of Entrance Examination on 01.06.2011 alongwith admit card and handover the same to the Invigilator failing which they will not be allowed to enter. B. AIIMS 2011 Off-line : The Prospectus-cum-Application Form can also be obtained by Speed Post/Registered Post by sending a crossed Bank Draft for 1050/- For General/OBC and 850/- for SC/ST category drawn in favour of the “Accounts Officer (Exams), AIIMS – MBBS-2011″. The Bank Draft should be payable at New Delhi and should be valid up to six months (upto July/August 2011). The request must reach the Assistant Controller of Examinations, All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Ansari Nagar, New Delhi-110 608 on or before 10.03.2011. The address at which Application Form is required should be written clearly in Capital Letters and with PIN code. The words “Request for Application Form for MBBS Entrance Examination 2011″ should be written on the envelope containing request for application form, and also on top of the request letter. |

The Prospectus-cum-Application Form can also be obtained by Speed Post/Registered Post by sending a crossed Bank Draft for Rs.1050/- Fr General/OBC and Rs.850/- For SC/ST category drawn in favour of the "ACCOUNTS OFFICER (EXAMS), AIIMS-MBBS-2011". The request must reach the Assistant Controller of Examinations, All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Ansari Nagar, New Delhi-110 608 The address at which Application Form is required should be written clearly in CAPITAL LETTERS and with PIN code. The words "REQUEST FOR APPLICATION FORM FOR MBBS ENTRANCE EXAMINATION 2011" should be written on the envelope containing request for application form, and also on top of the request letter. Important Dates for online submission of form:- 1) Online Registration of Application on http://www.aiimsexams.org/ is from 15/2/2011 to 15/3/2011. 2) Ofline sale of Application form-- a) By Post-15/2/2011 to 10/3/2011 b) By Hand-15/2/2011 to 10/3/2011. Last date for applying online is 15/3/2011 upto 5.00 pm. Last date for receipt of offline appication form is upto 15/3/2011 upto 5.00 pm. Re: AIIMS application form in Allahabad? Hi, I would like to inform you that the AIIMS 2011 application forms will not be available in any of the Banks this year. There are 2 methods to apply for the exams: 1.Online Application: You can apply for the exam on the following link: http://www.aiimsexams.org/ You can find all the details regarding online application on the website itself. The procedure is very simple hence you need not worry about it. 2.Offline Application: To fill the offline form, you need to request for an offline application form from the Assistant Controller of Exams, All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Ansari NAgar, New Delhi 110 608. You need to send a Demand Draft of Rs.1050/-(for general and OBC) or Rs.850/-(For SC/ST) in favour of 'ACCOUNTS OFFICER(EXAMS),AIIMS-2011', on or before 10.03.2011. The request must contain the address where the application required in capitals with pin code. As you see that the offline application procedure is cumbersome, so i suggest that tyou go for the online application form which is easy and fast. |
