There are ample of opportunities for you after M.SC in psychology specialization

like Child, Clinical, Applied, and Industrial and so on and depending upon your area of specialization you can explore various career paths.
you can explore jobs in teaching after passing in UGC-NET,counseling in schools and colleges or in counseling in hospitals, clinics, and dispensaries.
You can also apply for jobs in social welfare organizations, research establishments, rehabilitation centers, prisons, child/ youth guidance centers and multilateral agencies like the World Health Organization, United Nations etc.
