But after passing class 12th to join Indian Navy you have to apply for the NDA exams. This exam is conducted by UPSC two times in a year Eligibilty to apply for the NDA exams is: Educational Qualifications: Army Wing-12th Pass in any stream Navy & Airforce Wing- 12th Pass with Subject Physics and Maths as subjects. AGE- Minimum age 16.5 years Maximum age- 19 years Next NDA exams will be held on 11th August 2013 Notification will come out on 4th May 2013 |

For the NDA Examination, there is no percentage criteria and therefore, candidates with any percentage of marks in the qualifying examination may apply for it. As far as age limit is concerned, the minimum eligible age is 16.5 years and the maximum age limit is 19 years. Now as per your date of birth, which is most probably 27-05-1994, you will not be eligible to apply for any of the upcoming NDA Examination. So, as per your age and the marks you scored in the higher secondary examination, you may join Indian Navy through Senior Secondary Recruit mode. The minimum percentage of marks required to be considered eligible for the same is 33%. As far as age limit is concerned, the minimum eligible age is 17 years and the maximum age limit is 21 years. Apart from this, you must have studied Physics and Mathematics in the higher secondary level to be considered eligible for the aforementioned mode of entry in Indian Navy. |

Can I join Indian Navy after completing 12th with 50%? sir i m doing diploma in IT i m in 1st year right now i have completed my 12th and i have got 50% i have just complted mt 18 years at 27 may 2012 so can i join indian navy and can i give upsc exam next year |
