ICWAI course is conducted in 3 stages Foundation Intermediate Final Since you have already completed your graduation, so you do not need to study the Foundation stage. You can take admission in the intermediate Stage of the ICWAI programme Fees for this stage is Rs 19700 You have to buy the prospectus from the nearest ICWAI office and take admission Term end exams are conducted in June and December each year Subjects to study in the Intermediate stage are Paper 1 : Financial Accounting Paper 2 : Laws, Ethics and Governance Paper 3 : Direct Taxation Paper 4 : Cost Accounting and Financial Management Paper 5 : Operation Management & Information System Paper 6: Cost and Management Accountancy Paper 7: Indirect Taxation Paper 8 : Company Accounts and Audit |

Foundation Course:: Qualification Criteria You must have completed the XII exam Age:: You should be atleast 17 years Intermediate course:: Eligibility: You must have passed Intermediate Examination Pattern of the ICWAI Foundation Course Exam It is discriptive type and will be based on Economics, Management, Business Mathematics and Statistics and Accounting.
