The student should have taken Punjabi as one of compulsory or elective subjects in his/her Matriculation examination. Physical Standards Required for Punjab Police Service For Punjab Police Service, the applicant have to undergo physical test and have to be fit according to the rules and regulations. They have to fulfill the necessary physical standards as below. HI DUDE, Eligibility criteria for PCS exam:- 1.The candidate must have a graduation degree from a recognized University. 2.U should get at least 50% marks in graduation. 3.SC/ST has the relaxation of 5% marks. 4.The candidate have to be a graduate. 5.Ur age should be between 21-35 yrs of age. syllabus for PSC exam:- 1.general science. 2.History of India. 3.Indian national movement. 4.Indian economy. 5.Indian politics. 6.agriculture and trade. 7.world geography. 8.Current Events. 9.General knowledge. 10.Population. 11.Environment. Minimum Educational Qualifiction required to appear in the PCS Exams/UPSC Civil Services Exams is graduation in any discipline from a recognised University. Candidates in the Final year of degree can appear in the prelims exams on provision. For appearing in the Mains exams you have to give the proof of qualifying the Degree. For appearing in Punjab Civil Services(PCS) Exam one must complete matrculation with Punjabi as one of the subjects/Equivalent. Age Limit for PCS is between 21-37yrs on 1st Jan of the year of Exam. Age Limit for DSP in punjab services is 21-28yrs on 1st Jan of the year of Exam. There is relaxation of age limit for reserved category like SC,OBC,Govt.emplyees,PH,widows,Ex-servicemen,etc. For SC relaxation is by +5yrs of the upper age limit. The no. of attempts in general category is fixed at 4 attempts. |
