ICAR full name is Indian Council of Agricultural Research .It conduct JRF exam for agriculture,horticulture,forestry,fisheries,home science,animal husbandary,vetenary,agriculture engg.,bio tech.,agriculture extension etc but it is not for pharmacy.

ICAR is the Indian council of Agricultural research, pusa, new delhi. It conducts entrance exam fpor admission to ICAR registered universities in the stream of AGRICULTURE, VEterinary, Horticulture, Fishery science etc... so no its not for pharmacy.. so you cant appear it for pharmacy..
