Am doing my final year b.sc age(20) dob = 27/5/1993.so i am intressted in n.c.c now but i have no basic certificate like 'b'certificate or 'd' certificate..and i am truely intressted ..in our institution our n.cc mam replayed it is not posible to join in final year.. if yes then how can i join n.c.c |

Re: Is it possible to join NCC at an age of 27 years? Dear friend , NCC -National Cadet Corps. There are three wing of NCC : 1. Army, 2. Navy and 3. Air Force wing. the maximum age limit is 24 years. so sorry friend , you cannot join NCC. umang_28 |

Re: Is it possible to join NCC at an age of 27 years? Hi, I am sorry to say that you are not eligible for N.C.C at the age of 27 year. N.C.C certificate give Special entry in -Indian Army -Indian Navy -Indian Air Force For eligibility you sage should be in between 18-24 year |

NCC stands for NATIONAL CADET CORPS, there are three wing of NCC i.e Army, Navy and Air Force wing, generally students of schools and colleges take part in NCC. AIMS OF NCC To develop character, comradeship, discipline, leadership, secular outlook, spirit of adventure and the ideals of selfless service amongst the youth of the country. To create a human resource of organised, trained and motivated youth, to provide leadership in all walks of life and always available for the service of the nation. To provide a suitable environment to motivate the youth to take up a career in the Armed Forces. MOTTO The motto of NCC is “Unity and Discipline”. ‘Unity’ implies our basic oneness, the brotherhood of all the Indian people regardless of their caste, colour or creed. Likewise, ‘Discipline’ is the very bedrock on which any nation is founded. It is for these reasons that “Unity and Discipline” has been adopted as motto of the NCC. So as you mentioned you have completed your education and now 27 years of age, hence it is not possible to join NCC at this age. |
