Re: Can I apply for Allahabad Bank PO exam after B.E. in Civil Engineering? dear friend, Eligibility for Allahabad BANK PO exam:-- 1.Candidate has to complete the graduation in any trade. 2.Final year candidates can also apply for the exam. 3.Age should be in between 21-35 years. For SC/ST the upper age relaxation is 5 years, and for OBC the upper age relaxation is 3 years. 4.Candidate must be computer literate. These are the eligibility criteria you need to fulfill. As you have done BE in civil engineering stream then you are eligible for the exam.. All the best.. |

The main criteria is that you should be possesing an aggregate of 50% trhoughout and also have the capability to solve aptitude, logical reasoning and also verbal reasoning. It is necessary that you practice well and then go for the exam, as there are many out in the crowd waiting to get into a job as similar to you. All the very best. The PO exam applications are been given out now and i fear the last date is within this week. Please do things necessary. |

(2)Above 60% in graduation (3)AGE-21 to 30 years. Since your B.E Degree is also Equivalent to Graduation, You are eligible to appear in any bank P.O Exam. |

Every year Allahabad bank recruits probationary officer . The eligibility criteria required by the Allahabad bank is given below: Education qualification 1. You need to have at least 55% marks to appear for this exam. There are some relaxation in the minimum percentage required for OBC and SC/ST. There is also a condition that you need to be at least 21 years old to appear for this exam. Incase you fulfill all the required criteria you can start preparing for the exam. |

Allahabad Bank demands Educational Qualification to be a Graduate in any discipline with minimum 55% Aggregate (50% in case of SC/ST/PC ) from a Recognized University. Opening & Closing Date of On-line Registration of Application & Fee is going to be 01-02-2011 to 01-03-2011. So, you are eligible for the exam if you fulfill the other conditions(mentioned below) Also, you should have at least 55% in your graduation (B.Tech. in your case) to be eligible to apply for PO exams. As most of the engineering colleges have provision of Grade Points Average(GPA) or Cumulative Grade Points Average(CGPA) so if your college provide GPA or CGPA you will have to get a certificate from your college that clearly states the percentage of marks. The age limit is 21 to 30 years. Thank You |
