Re: How to prepare for GATE exam in CSE stream? As you must know that to do M.Tech you must have BE or B.Tech first. The GATE entrance exam consists of 3 general topics: 1.Mathematics 2.Logical Reasoning 3.Computer Science Computer Science involves topics that you studied in your 4 years of engineering. It is a 3 hours paper and the general consensus of the students is that it is lengthy paper. You must first attempt the section you think you are good at so as to secure maximum marks by attempting maximum questions. Do remember the more you score the better college you get into for which you must also attempt more questions. |

Re: How to prepare for GATE exam in CSE stream? There is intense competition for seats to post graduate courses. The duration of GATE 2013 is 3 hours. There will be 65 questions to attempt. Prepare well for general aptitude as it helps to maximize the score. Be thorough in engineering mathematics as it has a weightage of 15 %. Practicing previous year’s questions is the best way to sharpen your skill. |
