Re: Is MAT also available for MCA? MAT stands for Management Aptitude Test. This Entrance Exam is being conducted to give admission for MBA and other management related courses in various colleges and B-Schools of Inia. One should have completed Graduation with any of the stream from a recognized university in order to be eligible to apply for this Exam. There is no upper age limit required for the candidates to apply for this exam. Coming to your query, You did not clearly mention whether you want to apply for this Exam to join MCA course or whether you have completed MCA course. One thing I want to make you clear is that, a candidate will not be eligible to join MCA course on the basis of performance in this Entrance Exam. However if you have completed MCA course and want to apply for this Exam to join MBA course, then you can apply for this Exam as you have already completed your Graduation. Have good preparation for this Exam and crack it. There will be good number of job opportunities for the candidates soon after the completion of MBA course in variety of business sectors like Banking sector Retail sector Insurance sector Telecom sector etc. But the thing is that you should be strong enough in subject knowledge and communication skills to grab these job opportunities. Re: Is MAT also available for MCA? MAT is abbreviation of Management Aptitude Test. this exam conducts 4 times for year. In MAT abbreviation clearly says that it is only for entrance of management studies only,not for Master of Computer Applications(MCA). NIMCET is an entrance exam of MCA. |

MAT is available for management studies in renowned management institutes or top B-schools in India. For MCA you have to score in the common entrance test conducted for the admission to MCA course like: NIMCET, AIMCET, MAH-CET, JECA etc.. Good luck! |
