1:Graduation in strean after passing twelve standard
2:Qualify civil service aptitude test
3:Qualify main exam and interview

hi,
Collector means IAS officer.

To become a collector, you have to appear for CIVILS SERVICES EXAM conducted by UPSC once in a year
Eligibility criteria to appear for CIVILS exam:
1) must be a graduate in any discipline
2) must be a citizen of India
3) age should be between 21 and 30 years, age relaxation will be for reservation categories.

hi dear you're not eligible for collector, You'll complete your graduation & start preparation now according to IAS syllabus,

You'll get all details of ias on www.upsc.gov.in.
