To become a collector, you have to appear for CIVILS SERVICES EXAM conducted by UPSC once in a year Eligibility criteria to appear for CIVILS exam: 1) must be a graduate in any discipline 2) must be a citizen of India 3) age should be between 21 and 30 years, age relaxation will be for reservation categories.
