IGNOU Diploma in Civil Engineering-Environmental Engineering Exam - Download Previous Years Question Papers Like every year, Indira Gandhi National Open University conducts Environmental Engineering Paper examination for the diploma in Civil Engineering course. Indira Gandhi National Open University is stands amongst the top and most renowned Open University in India and it offers a wide range of courses to the aspiring candidates. The Environmental Engineering Paper contains a total of seven questions out of which first question is compulsory to answer and from rest of the questions only four questions are mandatory to attempt.
