I have completed my diploma in civil engineering from a private college affiliated to NCVT. Is this certificate approved in UK and UAE? Will i get a job in top MNC's of UK and UAE with this certificate?

i have my B.E certificate from a non UGC certified university,i am currently working in a small IT company,right now i am trying to do the masters in US and also at the same time searching for an employer to file my H1 visa,am i capable of studying or doing a job in US with a non UGC certification.

I have completed b.com from Annamalai University....Is it approved by UGC ??????I Heard it is not approved due to this I cnn't get chance for govt. job please tell me is it true or not?

if a university is not recognised by ugc,
then there will be no problem for the candidate who wants to study in abroad
bcz
for every graduate student their is a opporunity for the student to study in abroad by qualifying the exams like TOEFL,GRE etc.
so yes you can study abroad
