These are following minimum marks required for passing CPT---------------

Fundamentals of Accounting- 60 marks
Mercantile Laws-40 marks
General Economics-50 marks
Quantitative Aptitude- 50 marks

To clear a CPT exam 50% overall i.e. total aggregate must be 100 or above out of 200 is required,, not 50% in each subject is required.If you get less marks in one subject then you can compensate it by taking marks in another subject.

To qualify the CPT, score should be minimum of 100 marks (50%) means 50% of all subject or 50% of each subject ? like if got 20 out of 60 in acc so can cover 10 marks in other subject ?

The Common Proficiency Test comprise of 200 marks, which is distributed as follows:
  • Fundamentals of Accounting- 60 marks
  • Mercantile Laws-40 marks
  • General Economics-50 marks
  • Quantitative Aptitude- 50 marks
To qualify the test, one must score a minimum of 100 marks (50%).

To be declared as pass with distinction, one must score a minimum of 140 marks, (70%) in the Common proficiency Test.
