Hi Vandana, Most of the MNC companies demand 60% marks all through out your career.But Percentage of marks vary from company to company and also varies from recruitment year to year. Please don't be panic. As per eligibility of Infosys the minimum marks required is 65% all through your career. But it is not only MNC company , you can apply different companies having eligibility criteria above 50-60%. Once you gather experience then this marks doesn't matter so much.After 2-3 yrs of experience you can apply for Infosys with this marks also. Best of luck for your future. Regards aroy8091 |

In this category of situations the companies may consider their intellectual capacity and give chance of eligibility in attending the interviews at the time of placement drives during final year BE courses, which would give enough confidence and motivation otherwise, it would be frustration among the not listed students in their placements. Studying BE course itself shows the ability of the students. do kindly allow the students to attend the placement test in their colleges at the time of drives by changing the eligibility criteria to 50% throughout their careers. |

For taking post in infosys you are eligible but cannot get heavy post, you can try to get job but if your b.tech % must have to be more amd if your final year result is good then averagely you can get job in Infosys. Eligibility Criteria for INFOSYS : Academic Qualification : The candidate should complete his/her academic career with minimum 70% marks. Pending backlogs : You should have no pending backlogs. Study gap after 12th standard : Maximum 2 years of study gap are allowed for INFOSYS. So,your 12th standard marks is not fulfilling the criteria. I'm so sorry friend but you can not sit for INFOSYS. |

Infosys is top level MNC company. So the have criteria for fresher candidate. You must be completed B-TECH with above 65% .Your 10+2 marks must be also 65%. You have not any pending backlog in graduation. Maximum 2 years gap are allwed. Puzzele is key factor for INFOSYS. Your 12th marks is below 65% so you are not eligible for INFOSYS. all the best |

I am doing btech final year in cse stream.i got 85% in 10th, 58% in 12th(due to a reason),presently am having 70% in btech.Am doing java developer course in NIIT.am preparing for certifications also.my doubt is that ,will my 12th effects me??....if i join in any reputed consultancy,can they offer me job in top company with my talent by not considering 12th.and can u say me what to do to cover my 12th %? please... |

The eligibility criteria for taking part in campus recritement of Infosys is- * Minimum 60% marks in 10th * Minimum 60% marks in 12th * No backlogs in any subject in any semester. * Consistent peformance * At least 60% marks in BE/BTech But you can also apply off-campus. Off-campus selection has different eligibility criteria. Also your spoken english should be strong. |

You can attend for 66%. But some company will be asking for 70%. But there are various companies. Hi friend, Many IT jobs are available for B.Tech student. List of Companies are: 1.TCS 2.CTS 3.Infosys 4.Accenture 5.HCL 6.Wipro 7.Mahindra 8. Apple 9.Dell 10.Machintosh etc., Hardware Related Courses: 1. Diploma in hardware and Networking 2. Its really very tough to take when companies come and ask for 60 % throughout the studies for placements... you dont have to worry because there are many small companies offer job based on your performance and not with marks as you are technically sound just try to do some real time projects which helps you to showcase your performance during interview... once you join in some good small companies you can gain experience there and then jump into any big companies...dont lose your CONFIDENCE it matters a lot just keep on trying till you reach your goal am sure you are going to shine in future... I am sorry to inform you that you are not eligible to sit for the Infosys interview because Infosys is an Multinational company. To sit for the interview, one needs to score 60% in 10, 10+2 and BE. since you didn't cross 60 in 10+2, you are not eligible. Don't give up!!! |
