Re: Tricks & tips to solve engineering entrance questions? The question of the hired worker- Let the cost of ring= Rs. x since pay for 12 months= Rs. 80 ring of cost x= Rs. (80 x) therefore pay for 1 month= Rs. (80 x) divided by 12 (this is equation 1 ie., pay for 1 month= Rs. (80 x)/12) now, since he got paid for 9 months= Rs. (50 x) therefore he got paid for 1 month= Rs. (50 x)/9 (this is equation 2) since salary for 1 month remains the same, therefore from eq. 1 & 2, (80 x)/12=(50 x)/9 on solving, x= Rs. 40 Therefore COST OF RING= RS. 40/- (Answer) |

Re: Tricks & tips to solve engineering entrance questions? A worker hire on the basis of Salary rs80 and a ring for 12 months but he works for 9 months and company paid him Rs-50 and a ring then what is the cost of ring. |

tips and tricks for exam 1.never sleep on day time as your biological clock is adjust to it . and your efficency will be less on day of exam 2.try to take light food but nutrious food on day of exam . as to avoid sleepness while exam 3.drink cold water before exam it increase efficency, 4. main tip is time management which will be very useful while exam , read the question paper sort out in three easy ,medium ,difficult first go for easy one then medium as on. 5 if you are not able to answer then leave the question and attempt other and at last come to that question. 6 make a short note of what you study . it is very handy at time of exam. 7 last revision the subject before exam as much as you came. |
