Re: Is it possible to join in NDA school after getting operated for Appendix one? Yes, you can join NDA school. NDA stands for National Defence Academy. The eligibility criteria for NDA is given below : 1. The candidate must have passed the 12th class examination or any equivalent examination in aggregate with physics, chemistry and mathematics. 2. The candidate must be an Indian. 3. The age limit is 16.5 to 19.5 years. Hope for your good future scope. Dear Friend There is no such clause in NDA medical fitness criteria, that a candidate who has undergone Appendix operation, is not eligible to get admission in the academy. If you have undergone Appendix operation but you have recovered completely and you don't have any problem to clear its fitness criteria then you are surely eligible for admission. For confirmation you can have a look to the medical standards of NDA. It is given in detail in the file attached with this message. all the best |

Physical Standards For NDA According to the guidelines laid down by the NDA..there is nowhere anything written about this..hence,you would be treated as any other normal guy.. As long as you are able to meet the physical requirements and clear the medical examination of the NDA..then there is simply no problem whatsoever.. Though there are other physical requirements which you need to fulfill for qualifying in the medical examination.. NDA after Appendix Operation Dear Friend There is no such clause in NDA medical fitness criteria, that a candidate who has undergone Appendix operation, is not eligible to get admission in the academy. If you have undergone Appendix operation but you have recovered completely and you don't have any problem to clear its fitness criteria then you are surely eligible for admission.
