All India Institute of Medical Sciences Entrance Exam – AIIMS Application Form 2011: AIIMS 2011 Off-line : The Prospectus-cum-Application Form can also be obtained by Speed Post/Registered Post by sending a crossed Bank Draft for 1050/- For General/OBC and 850/- for SC/ST category drawn in favour of the “Accounts Officer (Exams), AIIMS – MBBS-2011″. Application Forms and Fee The prospectus and application form costs Rs. 1000/-. This is inclusive of the exam fee. It is Rs.800/- for SC/ST candidates. Re: From where to get AIIMS entrance exam form? Application forms for AIIMS are available in Mid-January from the designated State Bank of India branches across the country. The form can also be obtained by post by sending a request for form along with a Demand Draft to AIIMS. The candidates have to fill the form and send it along with required documents to AIIMS. |

Lets see how can we Get AIIMS application form. There are Two Modes Of application :- 1) Offline and 2) Online Offline and Online Mode of Application Form filling Has started from 15 Of February Offline mode of application can be obtained by sending a Demand Draft of Rs 1050/- for General/OBC and Rs850/- INR for SC/ST to ACCOUNTS OFFICER(EXAM), AIIMS-MBBS-2011More Details are on This Attachment. On-line : For on-line submission of application visit www.aiimsexams.org and carefully follow the instructions given therein. The candidate can pay the application fee through a credit card/debit card or through challan of State Bank of India. Off-line : The Prospectus-cum-Application Form can also be obtained by Speed Post/Registered Post by sending a written request with an account payee Bank Demand Draft of Rs.1050/- (Rs.850/- for SC/ST candidates) in favour of ACCOUNTS OFFICER (EXAMS), AIIMS payable at New Delhi. The Bank Draft should be valid up to July/August 2011. |

The Prospectus-cum-Application Form costing Rs. 1000/- (Rs.800/- in case of SC/ST candidates) inclusive of examination fee can be obtained in the following manner: Applications are invited in the prescribed form for admission to MBBS Course commencing on 1st August, 2011. The form can also obtained by post by sending a request for form along with a demand draft. No need to search for AIIMS forms ... in fact they are not available anywhere you can get them by post from AIIMS counter delhi, OR, If you follow my suggestions you should better apply online... the process is very simple and user friendly you will need an email account... make one on yahoo/google and create a login password rest the system will guide you, do not make any mistakes... it can not be corrected after submission |

There are basically two ways of filling & submitting the application form a) online & b) offline It would be better if you fill the form online as it is less time consuming ,more convinient ,easy & reliable.Since the last date to submit the form is 15th March 2011. a) Online:- You need to visit the following website for applying online:- http://www.aiimsexams.org/ b) Offline:- 1) The Prospectus-cum-Application Form can also be obtained by Speed Post/Registered Post by sending a crossed Bank Draft for Rs.1050/- Fr General/OBC and Rs.850/- For SC/ST category drawn in favour of the "ACCOUNTS OFFICER (EXAMS), AIIMS-MBBS-2011". 2) The request must reach the Assistant Controller of Examinations, All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Ansari Nagar, New Delhi-110 608 Note:-The words "REQUEST FOR APPLICATION FORM FOR MBBS ENTRANCE EXAMINATION 2011" should be written on the envelope containing request for application form, and also on top of the request letter. I would strongly recommend you to submit the form online only as very days are left for the days to close. But you can apply online for which the last date is 15th March, 2011. Exam Date is 1st July, 2011.
