Being a commerce stream student you're not eligible for Marine course. The Applicant who completed 12th Standard in Science stream with Physics, Mathematics etc.. as main subject are eligible to apply for Marine Engineering course

But, If you're interested to Join in Merchant Navy after completing 12th in Commerce stream then you may apply for the courses like, Deck Cadets Post and Navigating Officers Post

Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com)
Bachelor of Arts (B.A)

It's Nice to see that you're interested to apply for Higher degree courses after Completing you're 12th Standard in Arts stream. Generally , commerce stream having good career option in Both the Career and Job Prospectus .You're interested to apply for Higher degree courses right ? If you're Interested to apply for Bachelor degree courses then you may apply for the courses like,

-> Bachelor of Arts
-> Bachelor of Commerce
-> Bachelor of Bank Management
-> Bachelor of Business Administration

The Minimum Educational qualification to apply for this Course then the candidate should hold 12th Standard to Equivalent qualification from recognized university .You have Completed 12th Standard , so you're applicable for this Bachelor degree courses .
