You can get a job at the age of 37...that too quite easily..
Retirement age of a person is around 60 years.. so don't worry..

If you are interested in teaching line, then you may try for NET exam which is
held for lecturership or you can also apply for PGT,TGT,TET exam, to become a teacher in 10th and 12th class.
TET stands for Teaching Eligibility Test. This exam is conducted at the state level by state boards. Candidates should be graduate from a recognised university.You must have B.Ed degree.There is no upper age limit.

PGT means Post Graduate Teacher.
Candidate should be post graduate from a recognised university.

TGT stands for Traiend Graduate Teacher. Candidate should be graduate. Minimum age limit is 21 and maximum no upper age limit.

If you are interested in teaching line then you can try for NET exam which is

UGC conduct the NET exam for JRF and Lecturership every year two time in the months of June and December.

Notification comes for net exam in the months of March and September in employment News and ugc website also.

you can apply online only on the UGC website-- www.ugc.ac.in.

Candidate should be Post graduation in any subject with 55% from any
recognised university.

Age for JRF is 28 (relaxation for non general category) and no upper age limit for lecturership.

I believe you can still apply for the job at this job. Start with a news paper and different job sites and make related searches!!

Newspaper feature a lot of government advertised positions.. good luck!!
