(Aeronautical Engineering) or M.Tech (Mechanical Engineering) are better courses for career and better future. You have completed B.Tech. (Aeronautical Engineering), therefore i am suggested you to do M.Tech. in Aeronautical Engineering because i think you are interested in avaition field therefore you choose Aeronautical Engineering in B.Tech. course.
