If you are interested in a particular company's off campus interview then you should go to official website of the company and apply through the CAREER/JOBS link (if available on the website) of the website. If there would be any vacancy matching your profile, then you could be contacted. There would hardly be any company recruiting freshers through walk in / off campus interview. If companies recruit through walk in / off campus interview then they generally do it via some job consultancy company. e.g., Naukri.com, Timesjobs, Nicco Ventures etc. Companies generally conduct recruitment for freshers on all India level. Such recruitment process generally includes Written Test, G.D. and Interview. Many PSUs (Public Sector Undertaking) and private companies too, conduct such recruitment.
