well right now iam doing my b.tech in EEE iam very much confused to plan my future our colg is providing campus placements the companies like TCS,TECH.MAHINDRA,ETC............. visit our colg every year what will be the best way to go core side or software side?

for EEE students there are various company are ,

You can basically prefer for the core companies like:-
NTPC,BHEL,JINDAL,NHPC,NALCO,Hindustan Motors Ltd,SAIL

You can get the notification details in the weekly journal 'Employment News' else you can visit the companies official website for the details.

AFTER PSU you can join following also,
that's you join in any company but government and PSU is better for you
1.NTPC
2.INDIAN RAILWAY
3.PWD
4.BHEL
5.ONGC
6.IOCL
7.TATA
8.RELIANCE
All these company is better for you and you can join also private sector.

Job opportunities for EEE engineers is very good.

as you know core engg market are always stay in stable situation.

core engg field are not effected in the time of recession period.

core engg holders like EEE engineers, they can have good chance in govt sectors as well as in private sectors.

as as you are a female candidate so it will be better to join in govt sector.

you can join in the given below govt sector

1.rail.

2.PWC.

3.NTPC.

4.DVC.

5.ONGC.

6.BHEL.

7.BARC.

8.HPCL.

9.Power grid.

10 UPSC.

etc.

There's nothing that which job suits women or which specific job suits women.It depends on your comfort level.Now a days women have entered in all sectors of a particular firm.So,you can even choose the jobs which men prefer and since due to the hefty competition in the present days there's nothing of that sort that a job is specific for a women.

You can basically prefer for the core companies like:-

There are many other exams conducted by the UPSC and the State board like
Indian Engineering Service(IES),State level GENCO and TRANSCO examinations.
