BITSAT exam is an entrance exam to get admission in Birla institute of technology and science.. Eligibility criteria for BITSAT exam:- 1.Candidate must have secure 75% aggregate in PCM.. And must have secure 60% marks in each subject individually.. 2.Age should not be more than 25 years. For SC/ST the upper age relaxation is 5 years and for OBC the upper age relaxation is 3 years. - As you don't have 75% aggregate in PCM then you are not eligible.. The candidate should be complete the 12th standard with physics, chemistry and mathematics subjects from a recognized university. The candidate pass the 12th standard with 75% of marks. If you are not scored 75% marks in 12th standard you can score the marks of physics chemistry and mathematics with 60% of marks. The final year candidates are eligible for this exam. Important dates: Deadline to apply for BITSAT 2012 : 15th February 2012 Test center allotment and announcement to candidates : 25th February 2012 Candidates to reserve Test dates : 29th Feb – 20th March 2012 Candidates to download the Hall tickets with instructions : 14th April – 30th April 2012 BITSAT Online tests : 10th May – 9th June 2012 all the best. |

Eligibility Criteria :- Candidates should have to pass the 12th standard or equivalent from a recognized Central or State board or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as main subjects means PCM. Minimum marks required : Candidates must have to get a minimum of aggregate 80% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects in 12th examination, with at least 60% marks in each of the Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics subjects. Also candidate should have good knowledge in English. Students who are appearing for 12th examination in the running year or who have passed 12th Examination in previous year only are eligible to appear in the BITSAT test. If a candidate has taken more than one attempt in 12th class or its equivalent, only his latest performance is considered. For more update on BITSAT visit : www.bitsadmission.com/. Direct Admission :- It is only given to the Board Toppers. So, I think as your marks in 12th result was 90% in all, and 79% in PCM ( P-90%, C-78% and M - 69%) you are eligible for the exam as last date for form fill up was : 30th January 2010. But if you are not still apply then for this year your chance is over.
