You can know the status of your application on the official website of VIT i.e. www.vit.ac.in Their they will show you whether your form is accepted or not.

As you according to the guidelines, if your form is incomplete, then your form will get rejected.

As you are saying that you have not mentioned the date in the undertaking area, so it renders your form incomplete.

So there are chances that your form may get rejected.

However, it will be better if you check the status of your application form on the official website of the zonal IIT where you have applied, by providing your application form number.

If form is selected, well and good, if rejected, then dont worry, you can always apply for the exam next year.

No your form will not be rejected but you can send a mail to them regarding your query and write them to tell the solution for the problem.

hi friend,
there is less chances that your application will be rejected for that minor thing. so you can contact the concerned iit jee office and inform them about the mistake and do as directed by them. but in future do take care of these things.

email

its the best way to reduce your tension

It is a minor matter,If you filled all column correctly then it will not be reject.But be careful in future do not mistakes any more.

hello,
NO, your form is not get rejected if u not write the date. dont take tension. it is just for that u have done the form in the given date or as u have signed the form before the last date or not......

in iit jee b.tech form i forgot to write date in last colomn(S.No Declartion by the candidate). is it possible my form may be rejected ?
