Re: How can I get an engineering seat in Karnataka? If you wants to take admission in the colleges of Karnataka then you will have to clear the entrance exam conducted by the COMED-K. Some of the complete details regarding COMED-K is as below:--->> The Karnataka Common Entrance Test is conducted for the purpose of determining the eligibility / merit, for admission of Karnataka candidates to the First year of full time courses in 1.Medical, 2.Dental, 3. Ayurveda, 4.Unani, 5.Homoeopathy, 6.Naturopathy & Yoga, 7.Engineering, 8.Technology and Architecture courses etc.... COMEDK is independent of the government conducted CET and is used to fill some part of the seats of certain engineering/medical/dental colleges in Karnataka. The student not belonging to Karnataka are also eligible for this entrance exam. |

Re: How can I get an engineering seat in Karnataka? You should complete your 12th class from a recognized institute with PCM as your main subjects. You should also score 50% marks in the 12th class level. You should attend the All India engineering entrance examinations as part of this. You can also attend the KEA to apply for colleges in Karnataka. If you secure a good score in the entrance exam, you can apply to some of the most reputed institutes in the State of Karnataka. |
