Then you have to appear in AFCAT exam... Through AFCAT exam you can apply for different sections in Indian Air force... AFCAT exam is conducted by Indian Air force itself.. Eligibility for AFCAT exam:----------------------- ----------->>For Ground duty branch<<---------------- 1.Candidate must have complete the graduation in any trade from a recognized university.. 2.Final year candidates are also eligible for the exam. 3.Age should be in between 20-27 years.. --------------->>Flying branch<<----------------- 1.Candidate must have complete the graduation in any trade, but must have complete the 12th with maths and physics as compulsory subjects.. 2.Final year candidates are also eligible for this exam.. 3.Age should be in between 19-23 years. --------------->>Technical branch<<--------------- 1.Candidate must have complete the graduation in engineering field. 2.Final year candidates are also eligible for this exam. 3.Age should be in between 18-28 years. These are the eligibility criteria you have to fulfill.. So, get prepare for this exam.. All the best.. |

CDS exam I has already completed.you can apply for CDS exam II. C.D.S. EXAM.(II), 2012: date of notification:02.06.2012 last date of receipt of application:02.07.2012(MONDAY) date of commencement of exam:16.09.2012(SUNDAY) duration of exam: 1 DAY As an air man :by the recruitment done by central air man selection board for further details :http://indianairforce.nic.in/show_page.php?pg_id=135 All the best |

MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY FOR CDSE you should be Unmarried Male/female Age : 19 to 23 Years- ( Age limit may vary for Army -Navy and Air Force) you may apply in for ARMY, for Navy and Air Force. Physical fitness is must. COMBINED DEFENCE SERVICES EXAMINATION CDSE is objective type paper 1,For Indian Military Academy , Naval Academy AND Air Force Academy A) for Indian military academy ,naval academy and airforce academy 1. English ----------------------100marks 2. General knowledge ----------------------100marks 3. According to the Eligibility Criteria: Flying branch as pilot will be selected through Short Service Commission for men & women Age: i) 19 to 23 years ii) 19 to 25 years for CPL Holders which is issued by DGCA ,India. Upper age limit is relaxed up to 25 years. Marital Status: You have to be Single. Nationality: You have to be Indian Gender: Men and women can apply for the examination. Educational Qualifications 1:You have to be Graduate of 3 years course in any discipline from a recognized university with minimum 60% marks in aggregate in all papers put together and have Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level. or You should have a degree of BE / B Tech of 4 years course from a recognized university with minimum 60% marks in aggregate in all papers put together. 2. Final year students can also apply,having no backlog and minimum 60 % aggregate marks in the previous year's semesters. CDS Stands for Combined Defence Service examination and this examination was conducted by Union Public Service Commission as namely CDS I and CDS II. CDS I examination was already completed so you can't apply for this examination but you can apply for CDS II examination. Air force Qualification :- To apply for this examination the candidate must be citizen of India. To apply for this examination the candidate must have a minimum qualification is graduate degree or engineering degree in any discipline from a recognized University or equivalent qualification and have a physics and mathematics at 10+2 level examination.Those who are pursing in the final year of degree course may also eligible to apply for this examination. The candidate must have attained minimum 19 years and maximum 23 years at the time of appearing for this examination and there is no relaxation given to the CDS examination. CDS I examination was already completed and next notification will be publish in the month of June in the official website. CDS Exam II :- Date of Notification :- 02.06.12 Last date for receipt of application :-02.07.12 Date of examination :- 16.09.12 www.upsc.gov.in |
