Re: Procedure to apply for M.Tech. admission in various colleges on the basis of GATE score/ ♦♦ Admission Requirements to join the M.Tech Course :~ As to secure admission for the M.Tech course candidate need to have first of all completed graduation. Only candidates who have pursued the following course are allowed to apply : _______ Bachelors in Technology _______ Bachelors in Engineering _______ Masters in Science _______ Masters in Computer Application On satisfying these criteria they can apply for this course at any age. They will need to appear for various entrance exams like GATE, BIT Higher Education test, TANCET etc. Normally candidates are allowed to pursue further studies only in the stream where they specialized in the qualifying exam. ♦♦ Application form for the M.Tech Course > On securing the score card for the entrance that the candidates applied for, they will need to procure the application form of the institutes they plan to apply. If the test is conducted by an institute then they will consider the application for the test as the application for the course. The candidates need not apply again for the institutes. Like if the candidates appear for the GATE exam then the scores will be sent to each of the IITs. These institutes will send a call letter if the candidate meets the requirements. > The application form will include details like : _______ Name _______ Date of Birth (DD/MM/YY) _______ Age _______ Address for Communication _______ Permanent Address _______ Phone No _______ Email _______ Choice of discipline _______ Details of University/ Institution Studied _______ Graduation obtained in regular course/ correspondence course _______ Examination Results for Graduation semester wise _______ Name of Sponsoring Organisation (if any) _______ Professional Experience (if any) _______ Personal Information _______ Signature _______ Date ♦♦ Documents required for admission to the M.Tech Course > The candidates need to check the instructions before sending the application form. It should be sent along with the following attested copies : _______ School Leaving Certificate _______ Qualifying course Certificate _______ Grade Sheet _______ Work experience certificate > Also there should be a certificate from the sponsor (if any) in the prescribed format. ♦♦ Cancellation of Admission : The institute has the right to cancel the admission if they find any of the information untrue. Also during the course if they find that the candidate is not following the code of conduct of the institute they have to right to cancel the admission. > Hope this helps ! |

Re: Procedure to apply for M.Tech. admission in various colleges on the basis of GATE score/ after the completion of gate exam ,the result is released in the second or third week of the march month after which the colleges release notification for the entrance for m.tech courses generally one week after the announcement of results, you have to apply for each college separately and based on your gate the colleges will call you for interview or select you directly depending on their selection procedure, so keep looking for the notifications once the gate results are announced |

As to get admission in to various colleges for M.Tech you need to get qualified in the GATE exam. This is one of the most important exams for the admission to M.Tech programs. Candidates planning to join to M.Tech need to apply for GATE at first and score high marks. With this score in hand, they will be eligible to apply to various engineering colleges offering the M.Tech course. |

You will have to search for colleges in percentile range and apply to them , following their application procedure. so just after GATE scores are out Applications will be invited by various Institutes.
