Company Secretary Course is a course which is organized and offered by one Institute all over in India that is Institute of Chartered Accountant of India.  Institute has centers all over INDIA. So , it would have Center near your city also. Although Admission are open thorough out the Year for CS examinations which are conduct only twice a year in June and December Month but Student need to apply before 2/3 months (around) of that Dec/June Examination. MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY of COMPANY SECRETARY COURSE 10+2 passed any stream (art, science, commerce) or equivalent qualification from recognized board. You are 12th passed , You are eligible for Foundation level of CS. 3 level of COMPANY SECRETARY 1 FOUNDATION 2 EXECUTIVE 3 PROFESSIONAL You can register online or offline though the admission form . For Admission form Centers/Chapters list is available in it's official website. Company secretary Foundation Program Subjects 1. English and Business Communication 2. Economics and Statistics 3.
