Re: How much height is required for NDA? i am sailing as a pumpman on various tanker .now i would like to give exam of 2nd mate is it possible for me to give exam. my qualification is 10 th passed & i have bridge watch keeping certificate from ship |

National defence academy is conducted by union public service commission twice in a year to recruits the candidates in Army, Navy & Air Force wings of National Defence Academy. Educational Qualifications:- For Army wing : Only 12th standard from any stream from recognized board.. For Air Force and Naval Wings : A candidate must have passed 10+2 with physics and mathematics subjects. Final year of 12th standard candidate can apply here .Only unmarried male candidate of Indian citizen can apply here .Your age should be in between 16.5 to 19 years old The selection procedure for NDA exam are Written Examination ,Medical Test ,Physical Test , Personnel Interview Written Examination will be divided into 2 papers- Questions papers are coming from only English language so if you have understand this language very well then you can apply here . Mathematics-300 marks. General ability Test- 600 marks. Total time duration for 2 papers is 300 min . General Ability Test is divided in to two parts - English 200 marks General Knowledge 400 marks. The Physical Standards(Height and Weight) required for NDA Examination :- Height of NDA Exam:- For Army Wings - 157.5 cms For Air Force - 162.5 cms For Naval Academy - 157 cms Weight of NDA Exam:- For Army & Naval Academy : 46-49 kgs.
