If you do B tech in any discipline you are eligible for becoming astronaut. Just after B tech you have to give entrance tests of ISRO or BARC and if you qualify then you can get admission in those organisation.

All bachelor degree candidates are eligible for the astronaut in NASA.
Astronauts who are pilots started out in the Air Force; astronauts who are mission specialists have PhDs in their field of study. I'd check this out with NASA or your country's space program before getting this degree.
