= B.Sc in in Biotechnology: 3 years
= M.Tech in Biotechnology: 2 years
= M.Sc in Biotechnology: 2 years

The Bio-Technology program is offered by various university as a Bachelor of Technology Program, Bachelor of Science Program, Integrated B.Tech & M.Tech Program, Master of Technology Program and Master of Science Program and the duration of each program varies as follows:

B.Tech in Biotechnology: 4 years
B.Sc in in Biotechnology: 3 years
M.Tech in Biotechnology: 2 years
M.Sc in Biotechnology: 2 years
