MBA stands for Master of Business Administration Eligible criteria for M.B.A is 1.Must have graduate from any recognized university with minimum 50% in graduation for general candidates, 45% for SC,ST Candidates 2.Age should not higher 30 years Entrance Tests for M.B.A. are 1.MAT-Management Aptitude Test 2.CAT-Common Admission Test 3.GMAT-Graduate management Aptitude test 4.I-CET IN A.P.- integrated common entrance test All the best .. |

My friend , one thing i would like to tell you that the percentage that you reuire for admission in MBA depends upon the college from which you opt to pursue MBA , this is because every college has their own rules and norms for admission criteria but in general if you have completed your graduation with a minimum of 50% marks from any recognized college / university , then youare most likely to get admission in a number of MBA colleges from which you can choose the one you like most. This is the information i have to the best of my knowledge regarding your query. hope the information will help you to the extent you want. |

Re: How much percentage is required in graduation for MBA? dear, if you have completed your bachelor degree with a minimum of 55% marks. then still you are eligible for persuing mba from those institutes which allows you to get in with 55%marks. There are entrance examination for mba like, cat mat you can go for these tests and if you scored a good marks then you have a good chance to get admission in a good college. hope you get the best Azim Sheikh |

But, it May br varey from college to college. ELIGIBILITY for MBA: => A candidate should have completed their Bechelor Degree with atleast 60% from any recognise universities. => age limit should not exist 30 years there a relaxation available for OBC and SC/ST in upper age. => A candidate may have to appear for the entrance examination of MBA and pass it with good score. Most of the Institutions conduct entrance exam for admission to MBA course like:- -CAT -MAT -XAT -GMAT CAT - COMMON ADMISSION TEST conducted by IIM(Indian Institute of Management)- The candidate must be an Indian Citizen having completed Graduation Degree in any stream of education with at least 50% marks from a recognised University. MAT- MANAGEMENT APTITUDE TEST conducted by AIMA(All India Management Association) - The candidate must be an Indian National having completed Graduation Degree in any stream from a recognised University with no requirement of any percentage of marks. There is no upper age limit to apply for these entrance exam. There is also no restriction to number of attempts to any of the entrance exam for MBA.
