Re: Are commerce students eligible for NIFT exam? Commerce students are eligible for the NIFT exam. Eligibility Criteria: Nationality: Candidate should be citizen of India. Educational Qualification: Candidate should complete the 10+2 with any stream from recognized state board. Final year appearing candidates are eligible. Commerce candidates are eligible for the fashion designing course. |

Re: Are commerce students eligible for NIFT exam? If you wish to opt for commerce in +2 then you can do fashion designing and fashion management but not fashion technology because for that you'll need to have passed +2 with PCM. |

Re: Are commerce students eligible for NIFT exam? Sure you can apply. You are eligible for the Designing program. You can apply when you complete 12th standard. Make sure before you join it is an area of your interest. For the other courses like Bachelors in Technology you must be from the science background. Also it is a must that Maths should be one of the subjects pursued. |
