Training is very important in any degree course. training play very important role after the complition of degree at the time of interview.

TCS(Tata consultancy services) is a leading IT company in the world.for training from TCS you have to send NOC letter to the HR or TCS.NOC is provided by the colleges.after this they will inform you if you are selected for training.

For training from best IT companies refrence of current employ play very important role.if you have any refrence then give refrance also.

you can apply in other companies also.for this you have to send your NOC letter in the respected company.at the time of training you have to learn practice of your project very hard.

After complition of the college at the time of interview they ask about your project which you have completed at the time of training.so training period affects your job very much.

You should try to do training from best company and try to take advantage of the company work.
