There is no age limit for M.tech ,you can pursue it if you are interested.In India you have to qualify the GATE exam conducted by IITs to provide admission in M.tech programs in various IITs.GATE is conducted by IITs every year so you can fill application form and appear in exam.Institute which are accepting GATE score- IIT bombay IIT Madras IIT Kanpur IIT Delhi IIT Kharagpur IIT Roorkee ISM dhanbad IT-BHU All the new IITs All the new and old NITs (total 30) All the central govt universities. Almost all the govt colleges at state level where m.tech facility is available. |

Eligibility Criteria Eligibility Conditions for Full-Time M.Tech. ** A candidate must have passed B. E. / B. Tech. degree in Electronics & Communication/ Computer/ Electronics/ Electrical Engineering/ Instrumentation & Control Engineering from the University of Delhi or equivalent qualifications from recognized University/Institutions. OR **A candidate must have passed in the A.M.I.E. (India ) Exam with appropriate Specialization/ Grad. I.E.T.E (India), AMIE (London), or any other examination in the concerned branch recognized as equivalent to B. E. Degree by the University of Delhi. **A candidate for admission to full time course must have valid GATE score card. But few vacancy is there for some colleges for Non GATE candidate . So the better option for you to try for GATE exam if you have qualify one times .then definitely you should get some seats . Eligibility criteria for GATE Exam:- (a) Bachelor’s degree holders in Engineering/Technology or its equivalent.
