The minimum qualification required for this exam is graduation from a recognized university no percentage required for this exam.This exam is conducted by the UPSC once a year. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: 1.Candidate should complete graduation from a recognized university with science stream. 2.Age limit for this exam is 21 to 30 years. 3.Age relaxation for OBC candidates is 3 years. 4.5 years for SC/ST candidates. 5.Candidate should be a citizen of india. Re: What qualifications are required to be eligible for the Food Inspector Exam?  Hai, Food inspector exam is conducted by the UPSC(Union Public Service Commission) once in a year. Eligibility criteria: Candidate should be complete graduation from a recognised university. Final year candidates are also eligible. Percentage is not required for this exam. Candidate should be a citizen of india. Age criteria: Candidates age should be in between 21 years to 30 years, 3 years age relaxation for OBC candidates, 5 years age relaxation for SC/ST candidates selection procedure: Written test, Personal interview. Pass graduation in any subject / stream from a recognized university. You must be completed the bachelors’ degree in any of the science subjects. They must have studied Chemistry as a subject in their qualifying course. Graduates in Agriculture / Pharmacy / Food Technology / Dairy Technology are also eligible to apply for the test. 2. Age - 21 Years to 30 Years for General candidates, 21 Years to 33 Years for OBC candidates and 21 Years to 35 Years for SC / ST candidates. 3. Nationality - Indian The candidate who gets through the exam will be called for a Personal Interview. The candidates if short listed in the personal interview will be appointed in various public sector undertakings. The candidates have to prepare well for this exam. The pattern of the exam being objective will cover in questions from the areas of science which the candidates have studied as a major subject at the graduation level. ALL THE BEST GOUTHAM. |

Qualification required for Food inspector: Education and training:Some employers require occupational health and safety specialists to have a bachelor's degree in occupational health, safety, or a related field, such as engineering, biology, or chemistry. For some positions, a master's degree in industrial hygiene or a related subject is required. There also are associate degree and 1-year certificate programs, which primarily are intended for technicians. |
