Re: Syllabus of BSNL JTO Exam for computer science & engineering? BSNL JTO Exam 2013 Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited or the BSNL is the Government owned Telecommunication Company. The headquarter of BSNL is in New Delhi, India. In terms of landline telecom, it is the largest telecommunication company in India and fourth largest company in mobile telecommunications. BSNL recruits large number of employees every year. Recently, there has been an announcement for the recruitment of 3900 candidates for the post of JTO (Junior Telecom Officers), all over the India. The vacancies in JTO are divided into three parts – JTO Telecom, JTO Electric and Civil. BSNL JTO Exam Eligibility The candidate holding a degree of Bachelor of Technology, Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent degree from a recognized college or university in any of the below mentioned disciplines are eligible for exams. Electronics Telecommunications Electrical Radio Instrumentation Information Technology and Computer BSNL JTO Exam Eligibility for Civil Section For the civil section, the candidates holding the Bachelor of Technology, Bachelor of Engineering or Civil Engineering from a recognized university or institution will be eligible. BSNL JTO Exam Syllabus Based on the stream that you have opted (civil, electric or telecom), your syllabus would be different. The candidates must be prepared that they can be asked any basic questions about engineering. The candidates must be well versed with different chapters of engineering. There are many sample books that will provide you with excellent study materials and your chances to crack the examination will increase if you go through all the latest sample papers. The examination for the post of JTO is of 3 hours duration and it consists of the following sectional papers. Engineering Stream – Section 1 Network Theory Material and Components Electronic Devices, Physical Electronics and ICs Electromagnetic Theory Power Electronics Electronic Measurements and Instrumentation Engineering Stream – Section 2 Control Systems Digital Electronic Circuits Analog Electronic Circuits Microwave Engineering Microprocessors Communication Systems Computer Engineering General Ability Test – Section 3 |

The BSNL-JTO exam is conducted for telecom officer job in BSNL company. the criterion for eligibility for the exam is given below- 1>you should be an Indian citizen 2>your age should be between 21-27 years 3>you should have a a B.E/B.Tech degree in electrical or mechanical or civil or electronics engineering. 4>you need to have a minimum aggregate of 65% or equivalent score in engineering.
