Hi, I have a completed both BSc and MSc. Graduation I have secured 57% and Post graduation 63%. I have a total work experience of over 5 years. I want to pursue MBA from a foreign university. Can anyone guide me whether I am eligible or not and how to get sponsorship for such program as the cost involved is too high. Thanks in advance.

I have done my btech in Textile technology.Then I worked in India Post for 1 and 1/2 year.Then joined IDBI Bank.I have already completed 1 year service here.Now I want to get some foreign exposure.So please advise me what steps i supposed to take.

Firstly , i would like you to give details regarding MBA qualification that is needed for pursuing MBA from abroad :

* A minimum four year of study following 10+2 .

* Excellent academic record .

* TOEFL, IELTS, and GMAT , scores . It is mandatory to take up GMAT exam if you wanted to MBA in US unless specified otherwise by the university.

* Work experience is must of at least 2-3 years .

MBA stands ie : Master of Business Administration .

Admission procedure for MBA course in Abroad :

Th admission for MBA course in abroad is based on , GMAT Score , group discussion and Interview .
  • You should have academic performance
  • you should have good performance in Extracurricular activity ,
  • Good percentage of marks in entrance examination as well as bachelor degree .

Eligibility criteria for MBA course in Abroad :

You should qualified in Bachelor degree in any discipline with above 60% percentage of marks from recognized university .

You should qualified in GMAT entrance examination with good percentage of marks . GMAT entrance examination necessary to get admission for MBA course in Abroad . For GMAT examination you should qualified for under graduation course from recognized university . There is no age limit for GMAT examination .

Part from GMAT examination , You also qualified in TOEFL or IELTS examination .

You can have 2 years to 3 years work experience . You have to submit work experience certificate at the time of admission .

If you satisfy the eligibility criteria then you definitely get admission for MBA course in Abroad .

Hi Friend,

To pursue MBA abroad,you need to have good score in GMAT/GRE/TOEFL.You should complete your graduation with 50% aggregate or above.Many top class B-schools shortlist the candidates based on GMAT score.Better prepare for above mentioned exams.TOEFL only tests your proficiency in English.It is meant for the students belonging to Non-english speaking countries.GRE and GMAT tests your logical and quantitative ability as well.You need to work on reading passages,speed maths and vocabulary.Better practice the previous paper questions and appear for Mock tests as much as you can.
