CTS divides selection Process in three stages.These stages are :
  1. Written Test.
  2. Technical Round + HR Round.
  3. Personal Interview.
Written Aptitude Test will include questions from Four sections :
  1. Verbal and Non Verbal Reasoning.
  2. Quantitative Aptitude.
  3. English Grammar and Comprehension.
  4. Technical Questions.
Technical Questions will include questions from these subjects :
  • C and C++ Programming.
  • Algorithm and Data Structure.
  • Core and Advanced Java.
  • Structured Query Language.
  • Computer Networking.
  • Operating System.
  • Computer Architecture.
Syllabus for verbal and Non Verbal Reasoning :
  1. Series.
  2. Analogy.
  3. Blood Relations.
  4. Mathematical Operations.
  5. Statement Conclusion.
  6. Cause and Effect Reasoning.
  7. Eligibility Test.
  8. Assertion and Reason.
  9. Verification of Truth from the Statements.
  10. Number,Ranking and Time Sequence.
Syllabus for Quantitative Aptitude :
  1. HCF and LCM.
  2. Ration and Proportion.
  3. Time and Distance.
  4. Trains.
  5. Pipes and Cistern.
  6. Time and Work.
  7. Problems on Ages.
  8. 2D and 3D Mensuration.
  9. Simple and Compound Interest.
  10. profit and Loss.
  11. Mixtures.
  12. Squares and Cubes and its root's.
