Basically both courses are same, you are becoming a master in fashion designing. However, B.Design is giving you more practical knowledge and molds you for the fashion designing industry than B.Sc in Fashion Designing. B.Sc is more about academic part of Fashion designing. Anyhow, You can work as production manager, quality executive etc in Fashion and Apparel industry. If you are pursuing your course from reputed institutes like NIFT, Vogue institute, Lovely Professional university etc you can get much exposure and build a successful career.

Re: Difference between B.Des and BSc? Which has more opportunities?

Bsc is always better than B.Design
As doing Bsc after Msc and you should be a researcher.
and doing B.Des and after M.Des you are become a Designer
so now you should descide who is better
A Scientist is always better even better than Engineer.
not exactly say about doctor.
But if you really interested in Particular subject like physics or Biology then and only then take Bsc from Reputed institute and further do PG from IIT, IISC or AIIMS for Better Research Carrier
Best of Luck✌

Difference between B.Des and BSc? Which has more opportunities?

I recently got to know the deference between B.des and BA in fashion designing. Now my doubt is what is the difference between B.des(fashion designing) and B.sc.(fashion designing). which has more opportunities, which is preferred, the scope, and which will help me more to become a better fashion designer of the world.
I really look forward
