Hello Friend, There is no IT company which comes to mind which doesn't have any eligibility criteria for recruitment. Employers look for your educational and professional qualification together with your skill level and experience in corresponding field. There are different selection procedure followed by different companies. Some takes few rounds of interviews and some has written test followed by interviews. So friend i am sorry to say that without eligibility criteria no It company recruits. regards |

Will there be any IT company that recruit candidates without any Eligibility criteria? I got 50.80% in 10th,60.20% in diploma,60% aggregate in B.E..so is tere any IT company which will have no eligiblity criteria for placements |
