If I study mtech, will it help me to get more job opportunities than with only btech. Can I crack gate exam with this average gpa. My aim is to go for mtech in iit. Plse give me a valuable advice. |

mtech is done by writting gate exam and for that you need to have enough training and subject based knowledge and by doing mtech you will get goverment jobs based on your core subject but for mba you need to write cat exam and for it more logical thinking is necessary and it is not at all based on subject you have persuided and mba is mostly related to marketing and is more crazy topic now a days and more high salaries are offered for it... |

You should not choose from this only based on the salary. You should choose your career option form your interest as well as your performance. M.Tech and MBA both are master degree two years duration course but M.Tech is totally technical study whereas MBA is totally non technical management study. If you are very good in technical subject and after completion of your B.Tech if you have interest that you will study with technical subject in future and you want to work in technical field then go for M.Tech. If your performance in B.Tech good then M.Tech is better for you. To take admission in M.Tech appear in GATE examination. If you can clear GATE examination according to GATE score take admission in a good institution with a subject which is very interesting in your B.Tech syllabus. After M.Tech job opportunity is very good. If you get chance to take admission in M.tech in a very good institution then you will get job from that institution campus easily. Otherwise you may try from outside. There are so many government engineering job also you may also try for those. For a technically strong candidates M.Tech is better than MBA. But if you are not so much strong in technical subject and if you have no interest now to study in technical subject and want to study something different and want to work in different field other than technical then MBA is good option for you.MBA is also a good course. To take admission in MBA appear in MBA entrance examination like MAT, CAT etc. Clear this examination with a good score then you will get chance to take admission in a good MBA institution. After completion of MBA you will earn very good amount of salary if you passed from a reputed MBA institution. From M.Tech also you will earn good salary but not much like an MBA. After MBA you have to do management job and now a days salary in management job is very high. But you should not choose the option based on this salary range. Choose based on your performance and interest. Best of luck. |
