B.tech - 63%. am i eligible for TCS,Capgemini, WIPRO, IBM Companies? what i have to get job into those companies? All mentions company are TOP level in software industry . They are recruit candidate with mass recruitment.So they have a eligibility criteria for On-Campus and Off Campus placement. If Your through out career marks is above 60% and you have not any Pending Backlog then you are applicable for TCS and CAPGEMINI recruitment.Maximum 2 years gape in through out career are applicable. If Your through out career marks is above 70% and you have not any Pending Backlog then you are applicable for IBM recruitment.Maximum 1 years gape in through out career are applicable. If you have through out 60%marks in career then you are applicable for Wipro company.But your B-Tech marks must be above 50% .Pending Backlog candidate are not eligible for Infosys. Process of above companies recruitment- Aptitude Test Technical test HR As per your academic marks you are not applicable for any mentioned companies . . |

WIPRO and IBM- Wipro and IBM mainly focus on recruiting high performer group(i.e candidates with BE aggregate of 65% and above). >candidate should have minimum 65% aggregate till the previous semester. >candidate should have scored minimum 65% marks in 12th and 10th. >candidate should not have any back logs at the time of placement. good luck |

Minimum eligibility criteria for MNC companies: Candidate Should have a Bachelor's Degree from a recognised university. Candidate should have minimum 60% in 10th & 12th & Degree level........ Minimum age limit is 18 years. Should not be allowed more than 2years gap in your academics. All The Best!!!!!!!!! |

You should have 60% in aggregate at graduation level. Re: Am i eligible for TCS, CAPGEMINI, Wipro, IBM companies after scoring 63% in B.Tech Irrespective of your good percentage of marks at various academic levels, you are not eligible to apply for the companies like TCS CAPGEMINI Wipro IBM etc. The reason for this is the percentage of marks that you scored at your 10+2 level is just 45.7% of marks which will be considered as poor performance. In order to appear for the selection procedure of IT Companies like Written Exam Group Discussion Interview HR Interview etc. it is must that you have to be a candidate of career 60. Career 60 in the sense you should have scored minimum 60% of marks in all your academic levels. Then only you are eligible to appear for the selection procedure, failing which your resume will not be considered at all. So, try to apply for the jobs in the companies which will consider only your highest academic qualification. Otherwise, you can work with the normal companies which do not consider any percentage criteria for the candidates at academic levels and gain some work experience for 2 years like that. And then apply for MNCs with that experience. Once you are a candidate who is having prior work experience, then the percentage of marks that you scored will be least bothered. You can try in this way. To get job in IT companies, you should have -Strong Programming skills -Strong analytical skills -Excellent subject knowledge -Communication skills So, try to fulfill yourself with these qualities before entering into the job.
