Percentage needed to become a Lieutenant?  hai, For this you can crack the NDA exam, NDA(National Defence Academy) exam is conducted by the UPSC twice in a year i.e NDA-I, NDA-II. NDA Has three wings: *Indian Air Force *Indian Navy *Indian Army Eligibility criteria: The candidate should be complete +2 from a recognised state board. You should be a citizen of india. You must be physically fit. Age limits is 16 1/2 year to 19years. And the most important thing is only unmarried male candidates are eligible. Selection procedure: Written test, Interview, Medical test. all the best......... |

Hello dear, Nice to see that you are interested to apply for Indian Air force and definitely it is a possibility for you to Join Indian Air force just after completing Intermediate examination. If you have completed your Intermediate examination with Maths and Physics as a compulsory subjects, then you are eligible to apply for the UPSC NDA Examination. NDA stands for National Defence Academy examination and conducted 2 times in a year. Eligible candidates may fill the application form online from the official website of UPSC. This year Both NDA Examination was already completed and Next year NDA(I) Examination is going to be published soon in the month of December. Only unmarried male candidates between the age of 16.5 to 19 years are eligible to apply for NDA Examination. Your age not more than 19 years at the time of commencement of Training. The detailed age eligibility is properly mentioned in the official Notification, please check the notification before apply for the examination. The selection is based on written test, the test is objective with negative marking and you have to cracked two papers, If you cracked the written test then you are eligible to appear for SSB interview. You must be Medically and Physically fit in all the respect to apply for NDA, At the time of filling online application form, you have to give 1 preference to the Air force.
