Re: How can I can Indian Citizenship if I am a Nepali? My Self is Sunil gurung. I am born in Delhi in India but my parents belongs to nepal but they are settled india last 40 years. I am completed my studies in Delhi. I have all documents of Indian Citizenship like Voter ID, Aadhar Card, PanCard, Ration Card etc. But When I apply to passport. After Coming verification in my area Police Station. I given all the details my parents are belongs to nepal but we are settled last 40 years. We have all documents of residency here. But the Police make a report I am not Indian Citizen I belongs to nepal so my passport on hold. so I request to you pls what will do |

My father was in Indian Army now retired and he is in Nepal. I am currently here in India. I want to get Indian citizenship now. Please help me if am eligible for that or not ? |

But when I took admission at bachelor in india that time recently changed my residential. After completed my bachelor degrees back to nepal can I get rhe government job of Nepal?????? |

I am completed my studies in Haryana. I have all documents of Indian Citizenship like Voter ID, Aadhar Card, PanCard, Ration Card. But When I apply to passport. Re: How can I can Indian Citizenship if I am a Nepali? you can not get Indian citizenship easily, for this you have to wait for 5 years..... in Indian constituency it is written that if you belong to other country and living in India for 5 years and did not used your voting rights in your paternal country for five years then you can apply for Indian citizenship.... If you were born in India, then by default you are citizen of India, and you are as privileged as any other citizen. You are eligible for every entrance test. |

Re: How can I can Indian Citizenship if I am a Nepali?  hello friend, you can not get Indian citizenship easily, for this you have to wait for 5 years..... in Indian constituency it is written that if you belong to other country and living in India for 5 years and did not used your voting rights in your paternal country for five years then you can apply for Indian citizenship.... as you belong to Nepal and want to settle in India and also want a citizenship then you have to live in India for at least 5 year and after that you will have to prove that you have been living there for 5 years and then you can get the citizenship of India..... thanks...... |
