Re: What is AMIE? Information about the course? AMIE stands for Associate Member of Institution of Engineers. It is engineering degree recognized by all State Governments, Central Government, UPSC and it is equivalent to BE and B.Tech. Eligibility : Candidate must have completed his/her 12th class with Physics, Chemistry and Maths with minimum 45% marks form any recognised board or 3 year polytechnic diploma. Duration : There is no fixed completion time, normally 6 years are available for completing the course. EXAMINATION : AIME exam are conducted in first week of June and December every year. Student can appear 4 subject at a time. Examination FEE : Rs.1200/- per appearance. Documents required for admission :
After you send the application form, it will take aroung 3 months for correspondence. |
