Re: Can I apply for JEE mains after passing 12th? Yes you can give the IIT JEE entrance exam after you have completed your 12th standard. But you only get 2 attempts for the exam,one has to be during 12th and the other has to be in the subsequent year. Also you need to have atleast 45% in PCM to be eligible for the exam. |

Re: Can I apply for JEE mains after passing 12th? JEE means Joint Entrance Examination and the examination is conducted by C.B.S.E. once ever year. The examination is conducted in two phase which are as :- Phase I :- JEE Mains & Phase II :- JEE Advance . Yes , you can apply for JEE Mains examination after passing your 12th but you must have Physics , Chemistry and Mathematics as your subjects and have secured at least 50 % aggregate in each of the mentioned subjects from a recognized school/college . Also , for this examination your age must be within 17 years to 25 years . So you should start the preparation for this examination right from now if you have the mentioned qualification as the competition is very tough . |

If you have completed 12th standard from a recognized board with physics, chemistry and mathematics with above 50% marks then you are eligible for IIT-JEE exam. 5% marks relaxation is provided for SC/ST category candidates.
